Sparring Gloves

Sparring gloves are designed for sparring and partner drills and made with safety in mind. YOU MUST HAVE A DEDICATED PAIR OF SPARRING GLOVES that are used ONLY for sparring and not used for general training (Heavy bag, mitts, etc). Sparring Gloves come in various weights and below is our weight requirements for athletes depending on age, weight, etc…

Glove Size Requirements

Males
18+ years - 16 oz gloves
13-18 years and over 140 lbs - 16 oz gloves
13-18 years and under 140 lb - 14 oz gloves
13 years and under - 12 oz gloves

Females
18+ years - 14 oz gloves
13-18 years and over 130 lbs - 14 oz gloves
13-18 years and under 130 lb - 12 oz gloves
13 years and under - 12 oz gloves

Training Gloves

Training gloves are ideal for working on mitts, heavybags, and various training equipment.  They are made with dense foam to protect your hands in training.  These gloves are designed to be versatile and can be used for all your training except for sparring.

Protective Gear

Protective gear is used for sparring, partner drills, and in competitions. The below options all comply with USA boxing for competition use. If you are 40 plus, YOU MUST WEAR A MASTERS APPROVED HEAD GEAR. Males are also required to wear a groin protector during competition.
